1-Hour - On-Line Software Training and Advanced Support

This on-line and interactive software training and/or advanced support feature allows for remote instruction and problem solving over the internet via WebEx. This is a one-on-one interactive service with our instructors and software support personnel. Prior to purchasing any "On-Line Software Training and Advanced Support" hours, it is advisable that you contact a training or support representative at CNC Automation to insure that the material you are interested in or the issues you need assistance with can be addressed in this on-line fashion.

  • A high speed internet connection and access to the internet via a web browser is required on the client's computer.
  • Training and support sessions will be limited to a maximum of two (2) continuous hours at a time and a maximum of two sessions per day.
  • As this service is used, the session time is deducted from the client's balance in 30 minute blocks. (eg. 47 min Support Session => 60 minutes deducted from client's time account balance.)
  • This service is not recommended to replace standard training at CNC Automation's facilities.
  • Any "On-Line Software Training and Advanced Support" hours acquired must be used within 6 months of the transaction date.
  • "On-Line Software Training and Advanced Support" sessions should be booked a minimum of 2 working days in advance and are based on the availability of training and support personnel.
  • Non-transferable. Refundable only via on-line store credit (@ $140 CAD per hour).
