CNC Automation, in partnership with Royce/Ayr Tooling, is proud to present our Tool Sharpening Program.

Our simple two-step program was designed to make the task of resharpening your tooling as easy and hassle free as possible.

Step 1 - Purchase one of the two available starter kits, which are fully loaded with brand new tools

Step 2 - When the tools are ready to be resharpened, throw them all in the box they came in, visit the online store, place an order for the resharpening and ship'em out !

That's it !  In a few weeks, your tooling will be returned all resharpened and ready to go.

    Terms and Conditions

    • Average turnaround is 2 weeks from arrival date at Royce.
    • Clients are to send the sharpening box directly to Dan Puklicz at Royce at their own expense.
    • The box must contain the exact type and quantity of tools as were originally ordered with the starter kit.
    • The tools must be in good condition for sharpening.
    • Damaged tools or over sharpened tools will be replaced at the clients expense.
    • CNC Automation is not responsible for tools lost in transport.
    • Only the original wood box from the starter kit will be accepted by Royce, any other boxes or tools will be refused and returned to the client at their expense.
